Rules for using the BrainFreeze BETA 0.3.0 public beta.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to the use of the BrainFreeze BETA 0.3.0 public beta application. By starting to use the application, or by accepting these Terms in the application, the user confirms that they have read and accepted them.
The application may only be used by persons who are at least 18 years old.

3. Nature of the service
BrainFreeze is an entertainment game. Based on simple game data entered by the user, the application may display scores, records, statistics or other game feedback.
- It is not a medical, healthcare or diagnostic device.
- CRI, scores, ranks and statistics are game feedback only.
- The application does not treat faster consumption or larger quantities as better performance.
- The current beta does not use the camera, microphone, GPS or health sensors to automatically assess physical condition.
4. Age restriction
BrainFreeze is an 18+ application. Use by persons under 18 is not permitted. Parental or guardian consent does not replace the minimum age requirement.
5. Safe and intended use
Participation is voluntary and the game may be stopped at any time without penalty. Do not change your consumption speed or quantity because of scores, records or other game mechanics. Stop using the application if you experience discomfort or unusual symptoms.
6. Prohibited use
- use in connection with alcoholic beverages, illegal substances or hazardous materials;
- encouraging rapid drinking, drinking contests or dangerous challenges;
- pressuring another person or encouraging unsafe imitation;
- fraud, manipulated results or technical disruption of the service;
- using unlawful, offensive or misleading nicknames or content;
- using application results as medical, health or fitness evidence.
7. Beta operation
BETA 0.3.0 is under development. Features, results, local history and displayed statistics may change, be removed or contain errors. The operator does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.
8. Game data and scores
Game results are created from user input and the application's scoring rules. Scores are not health measurements and must not be used to assess physical ability or health status.
9. Sharing and feedback
Sharing starts only after an explicit user action. When an external service is used, that service's own terms and privacy rules apply. The feedback function may open an external Google Forms page.
10. Voluntary development support
The project's planned revenue model is voluntary development support. Payment functionality is not active in the current public beta release. If activated later, support will not provide scores, ranks, premium features or any other in-game advantage, and separate information will apply.
11. Intellectual property
Rights related to the BrainFreeze name, appearance, software, graphics and proprietary content belong to the operator or the relevant rights holder. Use of the application does not grant ownership or additional rights to these elements.
12. Liability
Use of the application is voluntary. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage resulting from unintended or prohibited use, use contrary to safety information, failure of third-party services or user-provided data. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
13. Amendments
These Terms may change because of beta development, legal, platform or technology changes. The current version is always available on this page.
